Collaborations

I am always open to collaborations!  I have had the good fortune of collaborating with some amazing musicians and models for my projects.  Some I have known for years - and others, I have met within the last year.  In each case, I am grateful and humbled by their willingness to work with me.  The people on this page were instrumental in the making of my latest album, "Don't Be Afraid Of The Water."

Fires Of Denmark

Fires Of Denmark (aka Mike Terrill) is a multifaceted musician from Rochester, MN.  Mike laid down the guitar solo for my cover of David Bowie's "Looking For Water."  It was that collaboration that propelled me to continue with my project at a time when I was considering scrapping it.  The Fires Of Denmark album "With Love," has received critical acclaim and rotation on 89.9 The Current.

Fernando Ufret is an amazing classical guitar player with an incredible vocal range.  He is a beloved fixture of the music scene in Rochester, MN and his homeland of Puerto Rico.  He has over 79K subscribers to his YouTube channel.  So when I needed a classical guitar for my song, "Don't Be Afraid Of The Water, he accecpted without hesitation.  What he laid down is nothing short of beautiful.

David Alstead

David Alstead has been my musical partner for over 4 decades.  I have been blessed to have benefited from his enormous talent. David has 3 solo piano albums to his credit and has been the musical director for several plays in the Twin Cities area.  David accompanied me on a cover of Peter Gabriel's, "Here Comes The Flood," (which we did in one take, live!) for Don't Be Afraid Of The Water.  David and I will soon be performing as a duo, aptly named, "Church Of Fun!"

Alexis G. has the unique distinction of being the only person to model for 2 Duct Tape Mummy albums!  She can be seen on my last album, "Internal Collaboration," and my DTM album, "Over At My House."  She has also been the exclusive foot model for Barefoot One Music since 2014.  She does not model for a living, but she could!  She has also been an incredible supporter of my music - and has pulled me back from the brink of retirement 2 times!
